FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for complex biochemical treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater and can be used for treatment of wastewater from nitrogen-containing, phosphorus-containing organic compounds, as well as salts, suspensions and hydrocarbons in the conditions of daily and annual fluctuations of wastewater composition. Device for wastewater treatment contains primary settling tank 4, anaerobic compartment 7, first anoxic compartment 6, oxide compartment 10, mixer 3, second anoxic compartment 8, secondary settling tank 11. Primary settling tank 4 is configured to separate part of an insoluble sediment from wastewater mixed with a chemical reagent, and completely remove the separated sediment from primary settling tank 4, first anoxic compartment 6, anaerobic compartment 7, second anoxic compartment 8, oxide compartment 10 and secondary settling tank 11 with thin-layer modules. Primary settling tank 4 is made with the possibility of simultaneous controlled supply of the sediment from the primary clarifier clarified water to first anoxic compartment 6 and anaerobic compartment 7. First anoxic compartment 6 is configured to supply the resulting mixed liquor to anaerobic compartment 7. Anaerobic compartment 7 is configured to supply a chemical reagent thereto and supply the mixed liquor formed therein to second anoxic compartment 8, configured to supply the mixed liquor to oxide compartment 10. Oxide compartment 10 is configured to supply the mixed liquor to secondary settling tank 11. Secondary settling tank 11 is made with the possibility of separating the purified water by separating the mixed liquor from oxide compartment 10 in the process of settling, partially removing the activated sludge and partially controlled feeding of the activated sludge to first 6 and second 8 anoxic compartments.
EFFECT: invention allows to ensure the possibility of maintaining a high quality of cleaning with significant fluctuations in the flow rate of treated water, its chemical composition in the conditions of seasonal and daily fluctuations with the possibility of controlling the ash content of activated sludge, increasing the precipitation rate in the secondary settling tank, creating conditions for the development of nitrifying bacteria.
