SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a glass ceramic part. Glass ceramic part at application temperature TA has CTE that is in the range of 0 ± 20⋅10-9/K, preferably in the range of 0 ± 15⋅10-9/K, preferably in the range of 0 ± 10⋅10-9/K, and the homogeneity of CTE, which is not more than 5⋅10-9/K.
EFFECT: technical result – increasing the homogeneity of the CTE.
