FIELD: glass.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of glass-ceramic composite material and can be used in electrical and radio engineering industry, in production of housings and substrates for integrated circuits and multilayer ceramic boards of multi-crystal ceramic modules (MCM). Charge of glass-ceramic material contains low-temperature crystallising glass and alumina ceramic at ratio (1.4–1.0):(0.6–1.0) respectively, a low temperature crystallizing glass further contains yttrium oxide (Y2O3) and/or lanthanum (La2O3) in the following ratio, wt. %: silicon oxide (SiO2) 20–34, barium oxide (BaO) 34–40, boron oxide (B2O3) 23–26, calcium oxide (CaO) 1–10, tin oxide (SnO2) 1–10, as well as over 100 %: Y2O3 and/or La2O3 2–5, Al2O3 5–10. In order to expand technological capabilities of the method, aluminium oxide (Al2O3) and yttrium oxide (Y2O3) and/or lanthanum (La2O3) prior to composition of charge and mixing with the rest components of glass are preliminary mixed with each other and calcined at temperature 1300–1400 °C.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is improved electrical insulation properties of the material.
