SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, containing (4'-trifluoromethylphenyl)amide (Z)-2-cyano-3-hydroxy-but-2-enoic acid, disintegrant, binding agent, lubricant, diluent and citric acid, which is free of colloidal silicon dioxide.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention enables to obtain solid pharmaceutical compositions containing a smaller amount of 2-cyano-N-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-acetamide, which is formed during storage.
