FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular, it can be used in the construction of the foundation of multi-storey buildings or structures, having the ability of natural ventilation and prevention of thawing of permafrost soil by means of automatic control of soil temperature. Device for ventilation and prevention of permafrost soil thawing by automatic control of soil temperature, is made in the form of a structure with movable elements connected to a drive and an automatic control system. Structure with movable elements is a frame with heat-insulating lamellae, and the automatic control system is sensors connected to the electronic control unit, namely, an ambient air temperature sensor mounted on the outer side of the frame, an underground temperature sensor mounted on the inner side of the frame, soil array temperature sensor installed in underground soil, and air flow speed sensor installed on the ventilated building outer side, wherein the electronic control unit is connected to a servo drive which drives the heat-insulating lamellae.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of permafrost soil cooling process due to reducing the duration of the process of freezing permafrost soil under natural conditions and prevention of soil defrosting, prevention of strong snow transfer into blown underground of building.
