FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: vessel for mixing media, a system for mixing media (versions) and a method for rehydrating dry media have been proposed. Said vessel includes a flexible portion with dry media, a device for injecting liquid through a nozzle, a device for discharging a liquid with a filter, an air duct for removing air from the flexible portion and a connector for filling. Further, the method includes the provision of a vessel, the use of a nozzle, the discharge of solubilized liquid media from the vessel through a discharge line, the determination of the need for supply and the supply of additional liquid for mixing into the discharge line. In one embodiment, the system includes a rigid container with a vessel, a fluid supply line, a fluid drain line and a fluid dilution line. In the second embodiment, the system includes an intake manifold, an exhaust manifold, rigid containers with vessels and a liquid dilution line. In the third embodiment, the system includes a rigid container with a vessel, a liquid supply line, a liquid discharge line and a liquid dilution line.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of mixing dry media in a vessel by simply injecting a liquid in one go.
