FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation technology and can be used in the certification of electric jeepers used to control the insulation of cable products. Essence: device contains a master oscillator that is connected to the gate and the source of the field-effect transistor, to the drain of which the first input of the high-voltage relay is connected, the second input of which is connected to a power source to which the cathode of the semiconductor diode is connected, the anode of which is connected to the drain of the field-effect transistor. First and second capacitors are connected in series. Second terminal of the first capacitor is connected to the source of the field-effect transistor, forming a common ground point. Second output of the second capacitor is connected to the output of the third capacitor and the output of the gas discharger, the junction of which is configured to be connected to the high-voltage electrode of the jeeper. First output of the high-voltage relay is connected to the moving contact of a three-position single-pole switch, the first fixed contact of which is connected to the second output of the gas discharger. Second fixed contact of the single-pole switch is connected to the output of the third capacitor. Third fixed contact of the single-pole switch is connected to the connection point of the first and second capacitors. Key is connected in parallel with the first capacitor. Second pin of the high-voltage relay is connected to a common ground point and configured to be connected to the grounded portion of the jeeper.

EFFECT: possibility of certification of jeepers with the function of controlling the capacitance due to imitation, in addition to the breakdown of the insulation of the cable product, changes in the thickness of its insulation.
