FIELD: transport traffic control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation to control the movement of trains through the dispatch train communication channels. System contains an on-board motion control device on each locomotive, a unit for inputting information by the driver, an electronic map of routes, traffic light pointer block, locomotive block of information about the current time interval on the global satellite navigation system, information display unit, onboard transceiver, signature decoder unit, and station part. Moreover, the station device includes a transceiver, a signature generation unit, an information input unit, a stationary information unit about the current time interval using the global satellite navigation system, digital signal converter; logical integration unit; of check information parameters of the current system operation.
EFFECT: increase in the safety integrity level of the system is achieved.
