FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy and may be used for producing working bodies for grinding, mixing, emulsifying and other processes. Proposed method comprises adding 10-12% solution of polyvinyl acetate emulsion comprising aerosil, sodium or potassium liquid glass, by spraying during granulation, onto powder of strontium or barium hexaferrites. Granules reached preset size, feed of components is terminated and granules are nodulised for 30 min. Granules are dried and annealed. Thereafter, they are cooled down to room temperature and magnetised in constant electromagnetic field.
EFFECT: improved magnetic and strength characteristics, higher density, and size uniformity.
