FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials and can be used to produce high-quality cements. Method of producing cement consists in the joint grinding of the components of cement in a mill filled with work elements. In this case, an electromagnetic mill with working elements in the form of permanent magnets is used with a ratio of the total cement mass to the mass of working elements from 1:3 to 1:15, while creating a magnetic field in the mill with a strength of 30 to 70 kA/m and a frequency of 35 to 100 Hz and grinding is carried out for 5–45 minutes It is preferable to use permanent magnets with an effective diameter of from 10 to 50 mm and with an induction of 0.1–1.0 T.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the dispersion of the resulting cement, which allows to improve the strength characteristics of building materials obtained from cement while ensuring high frost resistance and water resistance.
