FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a transformed cell for the expression of cis-prenyltranferase and the Nogo B receptor, obtained by introducing into the cell a coding gene encoding cis-prenyltranferase and a gene coding the Nogo B receptor. Method for producing a polyisoprenoid is also disclosed, comprising culturing said transformed cell.
EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency of producing polyisoprenoids.
