SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a protein composition that has catalytic activity in the polymerization reaction of isoprene and contains protein(s) (B) having the same activity as CPTL, and any of the proteins (A-1) having the same activity as CPT6, and (A-2), which has the same activity as CPT7. The invention also relates to a lipid membrane structure containing the said protein composition, a method of its preparation and a cell expressing the protein comprising the said composition.
EFFECT: invention can be used in the production of natural rubber.
