FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanized oil production, in particular to the study of the processes occurring in well sucker-rod pumps, directly in their plunger pair. Installation contains a reciprocating mechanism, a plunger with a blocked channel in the pump cylinder, a system for measuring and recording pump parameters, an injection line with an installed gas cylinder with a manometer with an inert high-pressure gas, by means of which a liquid layer is created above the plunger, funnel that collects and guides the leakage of fluid through the plunger pair into a measuring container located at the bottom of the pump cylinder. Polished rod of the reciprocating mechanism is equipped with a strain gauge and a dynamograph, which records the load during the entire cycle of the pump. Pressure supply device is installed in the injection line, consisting of two chambers separated by a rubber membrane, one of which is connected to the gas cylinder through a piping system with a pressure gauge and valves, and the other chamber is connected to the cylinder cavity.
EFFECT: increases the efficiency of the installation by making design changes in the installation of a system of pipes, valves, sensors and devices to ensure a given pressure.
