FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical technology of organoelemental synthesis. Method for continuous separation of ethylchlorosilanes mixture is proposed, obtained in the process of synthesis of ethylchlorosilanes from silicon and ethyl chloride including separation of ethylchlorosilanes mixture after preliminary purification from ethyl chloride is carried out on two sequentially installed complex distillation columns with internal dividing wall, having their own reflux condensers and boilers.
EFFECT: compared with the known method of unmixing ethylchlorosilanes mixture by successive separation of components on simple distillation columns, the use of complex distillation columns with internal separating wall makes it possible to halve number of pieces of equipment, serving columns (power supply, reflux condensers, boilers, reflux tanks, reflux pumps), three times reduce park capacity, necessary for storage of intermediate separation products, and to reduce the total energy consumption for the separation of original mixture by at least 25 %.
