FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, specifically to an end effector for stapling tissue. End effector for stitching tissue contains emphasis, including a platform made with the possibility of supporting the fabric. Platform contains a first surface, a second surface, a cassette, brackets and a trigger element. First surface has a first longitudinal row of staples forming the clip. Second surface has a second longitudinal row of recesses forming a bracket, with the first surface being vertically above the second surface. Cassette contains cavities for staples. Cavities for brackets are located in the first longitudinal row and the second longitudinal row of cavities for brackets. Staples are located with the possibility of extraction in these cavities for brackets, and the ejector clips are arranged to move within the cavities and lift the clips to the stop. Each bracket contains a base, a pair of legs protruding from the base, a plane formed by a pair of legs. Each leg contains a tip, configured to pierce the fabric, and wherein each of the legs comprises at least one notch extending therefrom. Notch runs in the plane and out of the plane formed by the legs. Firing member is configured to raise the staple driver to the anvil. Trigger element contains the first section, configured to engage the stop, and the second section, configured to engage the specified cassette. Starting element is made with the possibility of relative placement of the stop and the cassette.

EFFECT: invention is characterized by the retention capacity of a notch due to the fact that it passes beyond the limits of the staple plane.
