FIELD: cleaning devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for cleaning solutions of alkali metal phosphates, in particular potassium dihydrogen phosphate, used as a source of raw materials for high-speed growth of large-sized nonlinear optical single crystals. Method is carried out by sorption on phosphorus-containing ion exchangers based on polyacrylate copolymer with divinylbenzene. When this sorption process is carried out at a temperature of 20–25 °C on macroporous, weakly basic anion exchange resins, previously transferred to RO43- -form, with polyamine functional groups. As the solution to be purified, a saturated solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate is used, having a pH of 4.2–4.5.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in an economical and energy-intensive method of obtaining high-purity potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
