FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement equipment and concerns the infrared and terahertz radiation detector array. Detector includes cabinet washer with input and output windows, in which containing the absorbing metal film the tightly packed tubular elements array is located. Input window is made transparent, and the output window is the integrated electronic amplifiers array substrate. Acting as the gas working chambers, tubular elements array is made in the form of three photosensitive glass ceramic blocks. Each chamber output is closed by carrying the electric charge moving liquid piston, and is matched with the electronic amplifier gate. Metal absorbing layer is located between the array lower and middle blocks, the space between the liquid pistons surfaces and the amplifiers array forms the compensation chamber, filled with gas, in which along the washer inner perimeter the ultrasonic exciter is installed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of radiation analyzing in real time, increase in the device sensitivity and reduction in the device weight and dimensional characteristics.
