FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises an array structure of Golay cells which is closely packed system of the sealed working chambers filled with working gas and which has radiation-absorbing thin metal film. One end face of the array structure is closed by an inlet window for electromagnetic radiation with the transparent antireflecting coating applied on outer side. The second end face of the array structure is closed by a flexible membrane with the thin metallised conducting layer. Transparent conducting coating and thin electrophosphor layer are applied on internal surface of the outlet window. Transparent conducting coating, electrophosphor layer and thin metallised conducting layer of flexible membrane form the electroluminescent condenser. The working chamber is implemented in the form of cylinder with the height equal to its diameter.

EFFECT: increase of frequency of studied radiation, ensuring automatic compensation of changes of ambient temperature and pressure and decrease of weight and dimensional characteristics of the device.
