FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the radio measurements technique. Terahertz radiation receiver has a sealed housing consisting of a base and a cover with an input window which is transparent for the detected radiation. On the housing base a dielectric substrate is fixed, on the front surface of which a receiving absorbing layer of cells is arranged in front of the window, and on the reverse side there are compensating heat-sensitive element from VOx film and heat-sensitive layer from VOx film, made of elements in form of mosaic, which are arranged under cells of absorbing layer. Each element of the heat-sensitive layer has signal and common electrodes connected to contact pads located along the perimeter of the substrate. Cells of the receiving absorbing layer are made in the form of pixels, each of which is located above the corresponding element of the heat-sensitive layer and is identical to the elements in size and shape, distance between pixels of the receiving absorbing layer and elements of the heat-sensitive layer corresponds to the size of pixels.
EFFECT: faster operation and sensitivity at widening of spectral range of wavelengths.
