FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration diagnostics. Vibration sensors are installed on the stator of the current collector and the vibration parameters and electrical signals are recorded at the output of the current collector. Vibration analysis is performed by fast Fourier transform; by analyzing the amplitude-frequency characteristics of vibration, by measuring the root-mean-square values of the vibration signal; by orbital vibration analysis; by analyzing the appearance of high-frequency components of the spectrum. Next, the frequency of the output electric signal is compared with the root-mean-square value, the amplitude-frequency characteristic and amplitude of the rotor frequency of vibration, amplitude with the root-mean-square value, amplitude-frequency characteristic, amplitude of the rotor frequency, orbit of vibration, and a phase with mean square value, amplitude-frequency characteristic and orbit of vibration. Coincidence of the frequencies of the modulation of the electric signal with the rotor frequency of vibration is determined, along with the coincidence of the amplitudes of the root-mean-square value and amplitude-frequency characteristics simultaneously with the occurrence of modulations of an electrical signal, the coincidence of changes in the orbit of vibration with modulations of an electrical signal.
EFFECT: technical result is improving the accuracy and depth of diagnosis of current collectors.
