VIBRATION MONITORING METHOD OF BRUSH-COLLECTOR UNITS OF DIRECT-CURRENT MOTORS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01M13/04

Abstract RU 2730109 C1

FIELD: physics; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology, in particular to methods for vibration monitoring of brush-collector units of direct-current motors. According to the method, vibration sensors measure motor vibration, Further, analogue-to-digital signals are converted using an analogue-to-digital converter and vibration spectra are generated using computational means, after which spectral analysis is carried out, in which all lines in the spectra do not match are judged on the presence of defects. If observing the bursts, a conclusion is made on mismatch of the spectrum to the ideal one; characteristic frequencies which are responsible for specific faults are identified for analysis, and the nature and degree of development of the fault are determined by comparing values of amplitudes with the ideal value; a conclusion is made on the good technical state of the electric motor. If said difference between amplitudes is less than a given value, conclusion is made on availability of corresponding to specified frequency of damage, according to proposed invention, method is realized using standard sensor analyser, fixed on motor housing and used to obtain a spectrum, which is analysed signals, converted into a reference and real spectra, when comparing which defects are detected and their development is predicted.

EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of diagnosing, reduced labour intensity.
