SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Combination of genes that are constitutively expressed in healthy and varicose veins, which can be used in further studies on the expression of genes in such samples. Search for and selection of optimal normalizing genes that are constitutively expressed in veins, namely, in normal conditions and in case of pathology, varicose disease, was conducted.

EFFECT: resulting combination includes two of the three genes: ACTB, POLR2A and GAPDH (in any combination), constitutively expressed in veins in both normal and varicose vein disease, and can be used as normalizer genes for the quantitative determination of the mRNA level of genes in healthy and varicose veins.
