FIELD: genetics.
SUBSTANCE: method for analyzing gene expression in Parkinson's disease is described. It involves the isolation of RNA from samples of brain tissue and peripheral blood and the use of a set of primers and probes to determine the stability of the expression of a set of housekeeping genes. The set consists of at least 3 housekeeping genes selected from the group consisting of Aars, Bcat2, Hprt, Polr2f, Psmd6, Psmd7, Sars, in brain tissue and peripheral blood of mice.
EFFECT: determination of housekeeping genes for the analysis of gene expression in Parkinson's disease, showing the validity and stability of expression in various tissues of the brain and peripheral blood of mice.
