FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: claimed is method of estimating efficiency of therapy of urinary bladder cancer by method of immunofermentative analysis, which includes obtaining samples of patient's urine and blood, separation of mixture of protein components of urine and blood, carrying out ELISA with monoclonal and/or polyclonal antibodies and/or their fragments against recombinant protein NUSAP1 and/or its unique fragments longer than 8 amino acids and determination of protein NUSAP1 content in analysed samples. 1.5-5 fold reduction of protein NUSAP1 level in urine and blood after performed therapy in comparison with initial level of said protein, determined before beginning of treatment, is index of efficiency of therapy of urine bladder cancer.

EFFECT: invention provides efficient method of estimating therapy of urinary bladder cancer by method of immunofermentative analysis by the level of protein NUSAP1 in urine and blood.
