SUBSTANCE: method for analysing gene expression in Parkinson's disease, involving the isolation of RNA from a peripheral blood sample and the use of a set of primers and probes to determine the stability of the expression of housekeeping genes PSMD6, POLR2A, and SARS1 in human peripheral blood is described.

EFFECT: technical result consists of determination of housekeeping genes for the analysis of gene expression in Parkinson's disease, showing the validity and stability of expression in human peripheral blood.
