FIELD: shipbuilding; power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a ship power equipment system, in particular to diagnostics of vibroacoustic parameters of power equipment, and can be used to establish the causes and limits of vibration of ship diesel generators. According to the proposed method, vibration signal is received in the vertical, axial, transverse directions from sensors mounted on the elements of a diesel generator.
EFFECT: technical result consists in establishing the optimal load mode on the basis of the obtained vibration parameters and improving the reliability of the diesel generator as a whole.
