FIELD: ship auxiliary equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system of ship auxiliary equipment. The control is carried out by receiving and processing the vibration signal in the vertical, axial, transverse directions of the values of vibration acceleration and vibration velocity from the sensors. Sensors are installed on the hull in places of bearing supports and gearbox feet rigidly mounted on the ship's hull. Receive signals in vertical, axial and transverse directions from all sensors. The signals are converted into narrow-band spectra of vibration acceleration and vibration velocity. If the fixed value of the vibration parameters exceeds the limits of operational vibration levels, then the load on the ship's gearbox is reduced in increments of 10-15% of the existing load. The load is reduced before the recorded values of the vibration parameters fall within the operating vibration levels. The measurement is carried out after 1-2 minutes and the measurement is repeated if the load on the ship's gearbox has been changed.
EFFECT: increase in reliability is achieved by choosing the optimal load mode of the gearbox during operation.
