FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to hepatology, and can be used for maintenance of functional state of cirrhotically changed liver in patients in waiting list of organ transplantation. Autologous haemopoetic stem cells (CD133+HSC) are delivered into the liver, which is performed by percutaneous non-invasive mechanical vibration on the hepatic region in range of 0.02–10 kHz inducing mediated release of hemopoietic stem cells into the blood of alpha-fetoprotein (afp+CD133+HSC). Their content in blood lymphocytes is monitored not less than once a week by flow cytometry before and during a course of vibration on indices of absolute content afp+CD133+HSC and their relative content in total fraction CD133+HSC. Vibration is performed daily once per day for 15 minutes at vibration amplitude 10±2 mcm and duration of each cycle 60±10 seconds. Upon achieving maximum increase of at least one of these values during the vibration course as compared to their values before it, vibration exposure is completed while continuing monitoring. In case of reduction of achieved values, vibration exposure is repeated in the same modes.
EFFECT: method provides liver specificity, non-invasiveness – avoiding a surgical injury, as well as the possibility of repeated repetitions without causing damage to the health of the patient on the waiting list of liver transplantation.
