FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used in medicine, namely in surgery and transplantology, and can be used to guide a puncture needle on a portal vein when performing a transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunting operation. Patient performing transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunting on the basis of flat-detector computed tomography of liver with contrast enhancement and transjugular catheterization of the right hepatic vein, a three-dimensional model of the portal vein system is created. In transjugular catheterisation of the right hepatic vein, the guide is brought to the segmental part of the liver and fixed. Contrast substance is introduced transarterial into the superior mesenteric artery. In the obtained model of the portal vein, the point of sticking into the portal vein, the point of the beginning of the puncture from the right hepatic vein and the angle of rotation of the puncture needle for the further aiming puncture of the portal vein are determined.
EFFECT: method provides accurate puncture needle guidance by placing a guide in the right hepatic vein to a segmental portion and introducing a contrast agent into the superior mesenteric artery prior to performing a flat-detector computed tomography.
