FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering, can be used in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy when preparing ores and concentrates by agglomeration and annealing, namely in hearths of agglomeration and annealing machines of conveyor type. Gas burner device comprises rectangular housing equipped with secondary air supply nozzles, inside the housing there is a gas supply manifold with gas supply nozzles and gas outlet nozzles, located at the bottom with uniform pitch between each other in longitudinal rows for the entire length of the gas supply manifold and radially directed to its central axis, air supply manifold is arranged around it coaxially with said casing and furnished with primary air feed branch pipes and air discharge nozzles arranged around gas outlet nozzles and coaxially therewith. Air discharge nozzles are brought outside of the air supply manifold to the value of ½ to ¾ of the nozzle outer diameter, on the device housing there are at least five secondary air supply branch pipes, the gas supply manifold is equipped with at least four gas supply branch pipes, air supply manifold is equipped with at least four air supplying branch pipes, besides, each branch pipe of secondary air supply, gas supply and air supply, is equipped with control valves. Lower edge of the case of the burner device is located in the same plane with the horizontal axis of the air supply manifold and the gas supply manifold located inside and coaxial to it.

EFFECT: improving operational reliability of burners, creation of controlled uniform temperature field of gas atmosphere along the whole width of incendiary furnace, even and stable heating of upper layer of charge, providing reliable process of agglomeration as a whole.
