Helicopter comprises fuselage, shaft driven blades, mounted on it a sun gear that drives the satellites, carrier with worm wheel. Worm wheel is coupled with two opposite worms rigidly connected to their drive power units. Power units are installed and fixed on fuselage of helicopter.

EFFECT: providing stabilization of reactive moment of helicopter without tail rotor; improving reliability of helicopter flight control.
