SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engineering, in particular to tracked vehicles. Tracked civilian vehicle with a supporting frame and driver's cab. Tracked chassis and cab are placed on the supporting frame. Cabin is protected from the ingress of water from the outside and is configured for vertical movement relative to the supporting frame by means of a vertical positioning device. Vertical positioning device comprises an actuator in the form of a kinematic connection, formed by lifting cylinders, an actuator drive and an intermediate frame, which is movable vertically. Drive and actuator are operably coupled to the intermediate frame.
