FIELD: analytical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical equipment and can be used for measurement of air humidity and low concentrations of hydrogen in gas mixtures. Sensor comprises three discs made of proton-conducting solid electrolyte, tightly connected to each other to form two cavities between them, each of which has a capillary for gas exchange between the sensor cavity and the analyzed air, wherein two electrodes – external and internal – are deposited on opposite surfaces of each of the discs.
EFFECT: technical result consists in high accuracy of measuring an air humidity in gas mixtures.
