FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: solid electrolyte sensor for potentiometric measurement of hydrogen concentration in gas mixtures comprises a membrane of proton-conducting solid electrolyte, reference and measurement electrodes applied onto opposite surfaces of the membrane. The sensor according to the invention is equipped with the second solid electrolyte membrane from the same electrolyte as the first one, onto opposite surfaces of the second membrane there are two electrodes applied, at the same time membranes are tightly connected to each other with formation of a cavity between their inner surfaces.

EFFECT: achievement of high accuracy of hydrogen concentration measurement in a wider range, simplified design of a sensor, technology of its manufacturing and usage.
