FIELD: rail transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to three-element railway carriages. Carriage contains two wheel sets, two parallel side frames and a truck bolster. Bolster is supported on the side frames by means of a set of springs and friction wedges. Each friction wedge has two inclined surfaces, passing at an acute angle to the vertical. Wear-resistant linings are installed on the response inclined surfaces of the bolster. Inclined surfaces of the linings follow the profile of the inclined surfaces of a friction wedge.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of damping.
