SYSTEMS FOR ACCESSING OUTER SPACE (VARIANTS) Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B64G1/00

Abstract RU 2683211 C2

FIELD: astronautics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to space engineering. In the method, the system for providing access to the outer space contains a space carrier vehicle with one or more rocket engines. Said space carrier vehicle is configured to execute activities including launching of at least one of said one or more rocket engines for launching said space carrier vehicle with its nose part being positioned forward; positioning the space carrier vehicle with its tail part looking forward to re-enter the atmosphere of the Earth; landing the space carrier vehicle on a landing structure on the water surface with its tail part looking forward by using thrust from at least one or more of the specified rocket engines. In the second version, the system to provide access to the outer space contains a space carrier vehicle, wherein the space carrier vehicle includes one or more ignitable rocket engines made with the ability to launch the space carrier vehicle with its nose part looking forward, one or more thrusters configured to position the space carrier vehicle in such a way that its tail part is looking forward to re-enter the atmosphere, a control surface made with the ability to turn after the launch of the space carrier vehicle and before the space carrier vehicle touches the landing structure on water in such a way its tail part is looking forward by using thrust from at least one or more of above rocket engines.

EFFECT: technical result of the group of inventions is to increase the efficiency of the system.
