FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a rotary position indicator for a valve actuator. Novelty of the invention consists in the fact that the indicator is integrated with the actuator and comprises a first shaft and a second shaft. One of the shafts is fitted into the other shaft, the first and second shafts are configured to convert linear motion of an actuation component of the actuator into a first rotary motion. Reduction gear is configured for coupling with the actuator and conversion of the first rotary motion into second rotary motion of a positioning shaft. Reduction gear comprises a first measuring gear engaged with second shaft and a second measuring gear engaged with the positioning shaft. First and second measuring gears are engaged with each other and are arranged crosswise in relation to each other. Reduction gear comprises spring shaft position indicator engaged with the positioning shaft, and a visual position indicator connected with spring shaft position indicator. Visual position indicator is arranged outside the reduction gear to display the value of the second rotary motion. Disclosed system comprises a spring arranged around the position indicator of the spring shaft in the reduction gear and preloaded by torsion.
EFFECT: technical result consists in higher accuracy of valve operation.
