FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of dielectric materials based on zinc silicate with willemite structure, which can be used for making ceramics used in capacitors included in electric circuits in order to accumulate electric charge, to suppress pulsations, to manufacture oscillatory circuits. Method involves producing a mixture of zinc, copper and silicon oxides at stoichiometric ratio of ZnO:CuO:SiO2 = 1.95:0.05:1, which is subjected to high-temperature annealing in two steps. I stage is carried out at 900–910 °C for 10–11 hours; II stage - at 1010–1020 °C for 40–42 hours with intermediate crushing every 10 hours. Obtained material has dielectric permeability ε = 8.5, and the temperature coefficient of dielectric permeability TKE = -40 ppm/°C in wide temperature range from +25 °C to 500°C.
EFFECT: dielectric material is suitable for operation in air at normal atmospheric pressure and high temperature.
