FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical compounds, which can be used as dielectric compositions for manufacturing ceramics, applied in capacitors, which are included into electric circuit in order to suppress pulsations, separation of constant and variable components of electric signal. Initial mixture of ingredients, containing Zn2V2O7 and Cd2V2O7, taken in ratio (0.6÷0.8):(0.4÷0.2), respectively. Mixture is grinded with addition of 1-2 ml of ethyl alcohol per 3-5 grams of mixture. Burning is performed in the air at temperature 700-710°C for 5-6 hours with further crushing, and burning in the air at temperature 750-760°C for 40-42 hours, crushing being carried out after 10 - hour burning.

EFFECT: results in obtaining dielectric material, whose dielectric permeability does not depend on temperature in wide interval of temperatures.
