FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and fat industry and can be used for adsorption refining of vegetable oils from free fatty acids, peroxide compounds as well as heavy metal cations. Method for adsorption refining of plant oil involves treatment thereof with an adsorbent, having a frame structure. Adsorbent used is titanium-containing organometallic frame compound of type MIL-125 formula Ti8O8(OH)4[O2C-C6H4CO2]6, containing as a linker residues of 1,4-dicarboxylic acid of benzene, and in nodes of lattice clusters in form of metallate oxide polyhedrons containing titanium ions, with concentration thereof of 0.8-1.4 g/l and contact time at room temperature for 1.5-2.5 hours.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and degree of removal from vegetable oils of free fatty acids, peroxide compounds, as well as heavy metal cations.
