SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an underground three-phase high-voltage electric line comprising three phase conductive cables, each of these conductive cables is composed of a sequence of cable sections (3a, 3b) interconnected by joint (4) with a screen interruption containing connecting interface (7) connected to the screen of first cable section (3a) and the screen of second, butt-connected cable section (3b), module (6) equipped with adapter junction box (14) and equipped with additional connecting interface (8) connected to connecting interface (7) of each joint. In module (6), discharger (10) is located and electrically connected to said additional connecting interface (8) of the module, and above-mentioned discharger (10) is equipped with a device for monitoring its state located in said box (14) and connected to signal generator (16).
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the efficiency of arresters in case of a high frequency spectrum of failures caused by overvoltage.
