SUBSTANCE: using: to reduce the radar and infrared visibility of objects. Gist of the invention is that the proposed invention relates to radio engineering and can be used as a protective masking material to ensure the security of weapons and military equipment from surveillance equipment, target detection, recognition and acquisition systems operating in the radar and infrared wavelength range of electromagnetic radiation (EMR). Invention differs from the known ones in that the middle insulating layer is made of polyurethane foam based on polymethylene polyphenylene isocyanate, and the back outer layer is coated with a heat-reflecting material.

EFFECT: technical result: increased thermal insulation and strength characteristics of the device.
