SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of displaying information and, in particular, to a branched organosilicon polymer and a method of making a liquid crystal display panel with a branched organosilicon polymer without using a film for alignment. Invention also relates to a liquid crystal display panel made by this method. Branched organosilicon polymer with molecular formula I, SinO2n+1R1nR2n+2, formula I, where R1 is directly connected to silicon atom, R2 is connected to a silicon atom through an oxygen atom, and two adjacent silicon atoms are connected through an oxygen atom; where n is an integer ranging from 2 to 15; where R2 – C1-C5 alkyl; and where R1 – -(CH2)2-CONH-HC=CH-COO-C8H17.

EFFECT: disclosed is a branched organosilicon polymer and a method of making liquid crystal display panels.
