SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device (50) for realising a method of burning carbonaceous deposits on a catalyst which has a bottom chamber (54), having a base (63) and lateral walls (55), where the bottom chamber has a first gas distributing device for combustion (66) in the bottom chamber and a second gas distributing device for combustion (74); projecting from the side across the bottom chamber, higher than the first distribution device for combustion, a catalyst input (62) into the bottom chamber between the first gas distributing device for combustion and the second gad distributing device for combustion; where the point of intersection (B) of the base and side walls defines the first cross sectional area; a top chamber (100) having separators (98, 99) for separating the catalyst from flue gases, connected to the said bottom chamber, an outlet (12) for the regenerated catalyst and an output for flue gases (110), a gas distributing device (108) and a recirculating pipe (82) which connects the top chamber with the bottom chamber; a catalyst input tray (86) for the said recirculation pipe between the first distribution device for combustion (66) and a second distribution device for combustion (74); a transition section (90) in form of a flattened cone, where the second gas distributing gas for combustion (74) lies nearer the catalyst input tray (62) of the bottom chamber than the said transition section and a riser section (94) elongated upwards from the bottom chamber, where the riser has a second cross sectional area which is less than the first cross sectional area. The invention also relates to a method for combustion of carbonaceous deposits on a catalyst.
EFFECT: complete catalyst regeneration, high output of gas for combustion.
