METHOD FOR OBTAINING A REPEATED IMPRESSION FOR MAKING A FRAME OF AN ORTHOPEDIC STRUCTURE WITH SUPPORT ON IMPLANTS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61C8/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, dental implantology, and is intended for obtaining a repeated impression in making a frame of an orthopedic structure with support on implants. To make a repeated impression, the obtained initial frame is sawn into fragments corresponding to seats by sawing the frame along the height between adjacent seats. In the patient's oral cavity, all carcass fragments are placed on the platforms of the corresponding implants. Adherence is monitored by an X-ray image. Screw shafts in carcass fragments are covered with wax; after that, repeated impression by open spoon is performed in oral cavity of patient. Individual impression mold is used to obtain an initial impression. Prior to hardening of the impression mass, without removing the impression tray from the oral cavity of the patient, the impression on the finished impression is freed from the impression mass of the area of entry into the shafts of screws of carcass fragments. After setting the impression mass, the screws fixing the frame fragments in the implant are unscrewed from the carcass fragments. Impression spoon together with fragments of the originally prepared frame are removed from the patient's mouth. New carcass of an orthopedic structure is made as per repeated impression.

EFFECT: method, by excluding the operation of installation and fixation of impression transplants in the implants, enables to obtain an accurate repeated impression for making the frame of the orthopedic structure with support on the implants without removal and repeated installation of nearby implants in the correct position.
