SUBSTANCE: invention intends to field of medicine, namely to prosthodontics and can be used for treatment of patients with partial absence of teeth. Method includes making a model for individual spoon by preliminary impression onto which borders of planned individual spoon are marked, layer of basis wax is applied in the area of remaining teeth and tissues of prosthesis bed. Edges of wax layer end 2-4 mm before impression spoon borders, edge of wax plate is made chamfered. Onto the surface of model, which is not covered with wax and contacts with plastic, insulating agent is applied and individual impression spoon is made from acrylic fast-hardening, light-polimerising plastic by method of injection moulding, by vacuum formation. Into bed of finished spoon on the top of alveolar process crest and area of remaining teeth introduced is compound (thermoplastic material) in heated state 2-7 mm in diametre, serving as stoppers for stabilisation of individual spoon, and fitted in oral cavity, processed with adhesive material, filled with silicon or polyether impression mass with obtaining an impression.

EFFECT: obtaining quality impression in orthopedic treatment of teeth.
