SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to devices used for closing and opening openings of buildings, structures, in particular garages for individual transport, constructed in areas with high snow cover and low air temperature in winter time.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is that the gate comprises a gate plane mechanically connected to the disc rotating relative to the fixed plate, between which a plane or spiral spring is installed, wherein the rotating disc further comprises a fixing device comprising a spring-loaded rod with a handle having a possibility of fixing the plate disc under the condition of passing the rod through holes located on the plate disc and the fixed plate.
