FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to curable compositions and can be used in medicine, namely in orthopedic dentistry as an impression material for making removable and non-removable orthopedic structures (prostheses). Composition of the composition for making dental impression of composition, wt%: siloxane component (A) in form of a siloxane with molecular weight of 4,500–5,500, containing terminal vinyl groups in amount of 0.18–0.24 mmol/g, or with molecular weight of 14,000–25,000, containing terminal vinyl groups in amount of 0.04–0.07 mmol/g, or mixture thereof: in amount of 2 to 30 wt%; siloxane component (B) comprising oligodimethyl(methyl hydride)-siloxane containing functional groups framed in the main siloxane chain, with statistical distribution of SiH-groups within the chain and SiH-group values from 0.3 to 0.8 in amount of 0.5 to 10 wt%; siloxane component (C) containing oligodimethyl(methylvinyl)si-loxane, polydimethyl(methylvinyl)siloxane with molecular weight from 7,500–9,000 to 450,000–700,000 with content of vinyl groups from 0.1 to 0.2 mmol/g or mixture thereof in amount from 15 to 50 wt%; catalyst (D), in form of platinum complex Pt(0) with vinyl ligands mixed with polydimethylsiloxane as inert carrier in amount of 0.002 to 2 wt%; inhibitor (E) in form of an unsaturated aliphatic alcohol and disiloxanes containing two or more vinyl groups in the molecule in amount of 0.001 to 1 wt%; filler (F) in form of a mixture of pyrogenic silicon dioxide, coated with depolymerizing D-4, with BET surface of 150–250 m2/g, diatomite with particle diameter of 6–8 mcm and zinc oxide in amount of 25 to 70 wt%; a surfactant or mixture thereof (I), selected from a group of ethoxylated fatty alcohols, copolymers of polyesters and trialkylsilanes, polyethylene glycol, mono- and diethers and sorbitol esters, fluoropolymers or copolymers thereof with polydimethylsiloxane PMS, in amount of 0.01 to 2 wt%; dye and flavoring agent (J) in amount of 0.1–7 wt%; acceptors of free hydrogen (K) in form of colloidal platinum or palladium on carriers: barium sulphate, diatomite with density of 2.2 g/cm3, zirconium silicate, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, gypsum, glass or on a polymer matrix; optimum carrier surface 0.1–40 m2/g; amount of platinum or palladium 0.2–2 ppm, wherein content of additive ranges from 0.01 wt%. to 1.5 wt% relative to weight of whole composition; reinforcing agent containing QDMvi resin general formula {[(CH3)2(CH2=CH)SiO1/2]x[SiO2]1[(CH3)2[SiO]y}, where x=0.1–0.7, y=2–10 with respect to one Q-link, wherein the reinforcing agent contains at least one QDMvi-sol with content of vinyl groups of 8–16 % with conversion to one Q-link in amount of 0.5–20 wt%; plasticiser – organic oil of natural origin with melting point from 27 to 30 °C, selected from: almond, coconut, cocoa butter, macadamia, cedar, apricot or their mixture in amount of 0.1 to 10 wt%.

EFFECT: composition of the composition provides manufacturability of the uncured product with high hardness and physical-mechanical strength of the vulcanized composition.
