FIELD: satisfaction of human vital requirements.

SUBSTANCE: dispenser for rolls (1, 2) of tissue paper, comprising a body (10) for holding at least two rolls (1, 2), a hole (14) for accessing the rolls, and a shutter (21) for selectively closing parts of the access hole is proposed. Shutter is slidably installed in the body between the first position closing the first part (19) of the access hole and the second position closing the second part (20) of the access hole. Shutter includes a body (22), the first wall (33) movably connected to the body at the first edge (39) of the first wall, and the second wall (34) movably connected to the body at the first edge (39) of the second wall. Both walls are pressed together to ensure, respectively, the location of the second edges (40) of the walls opposite the first edges in the blocking position, in which the slide of the shutter to the second position is locked until the specified amount of paper of the second roll (2) is issued and in which the slide of the shutter to the first position is locked until the specified amount of paper of the first roll (1) is issued. Shutter contains the first spring (45), pressing the first wall to the second wall, and the second spring (45), pressing the second wall to the first wall. Both springs have such a force to automatically return the shutter to the first position when the slide of the shutter to the second position is blocked, and to automatically return the shutter to the second position, when the slide in the first position is blocked.

EFFECT: dispenser for rolls of tissue paper is proposed.
