SUBSTANCE: mortised lock cylinder secret mechanism has a body with drums fixed therein, in which the core is mounted. Between the lever and the drum on the core a disk is mounted with possibility of free rotation, which on one side of the side surfaces of the protrusion made on it interacts with the side surfaces of the recess in the form of a semi-ring made on the fixed to the core lever, and on the other side is with the side surfaces of the recess made on it, made in the form of a semi-ring, interacts with the fixed to the body protrusion side surfaces, and their side surfaces relative to the core axis of rotation are made at such angles that, when the core with the lever rotates by the key in both directions, the lever recess side surfaces with the help of the corresponding disk side surfaces were resting on the fixedly mounted on the body protrusion side surfaces, ensuring lever with the core rotation for at least 450° from one support to another, wherein, the fixed protrusion is fixed on the body at such an angle that, in the resting positions, the lever working end relative to the body vertical axis is directed upwards at an angle of up to 45°.
